I have been in the field of education for 21 years. I spent my first three years out of college teaching 3rd grade at CHS and have been the Executive Director for almost 4 years. I have a Bachelor of Science from Southwestern University and am certified in kindergarten, special education, and elementary education. I have a Master of Arts degree with a specialization in Educational Leadership from UTSA.

I am at CHS because God has led me here – first as a teacher, then as a parent and Board member, and finally as the Executive Director; it is my desire that our school always brings honor to Him.

Jason and I have been married 23 years and have two sons, Jonathan, a CHS graduate and junior at University of Incarnate Word, and Jaron, a junior at CHS.

I am at Christian Heritage because I believe deeply in our mission of partnering with parents to inspire students to develop their talents and prepare for a life of service. Simply put for “building lives of consequence” for Him.

I enjoy working with Christian men and women and making a difference in the lives of children.
Darren –married 23 years, 2 children who graduated from CHS Nathan (OCU) 20 years old and Shelbie (Harding University) 18 years old.

It is a blessing to work with the wonderful Christian staff. We love the children in our care, and it is very exciting to see them grow and learn to love God.
I have been married for 37 year to Ron Crawford who oversees all maintenance at CHS. We have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren

I have been the school secretary for six years. My family has been at CHS since 1994. All three of my children have attended CHS, my youngest, still enrolled. Before working at CHS, I worked at Southwest Airlines as a Customer Service Agent for 17years. I love what I do and am always happy to help you in any way that I can. Being in the office gives me the opportunity to share my day with many people, staff, students, parents and more. CHS has been a blessing for my family, and my hope is that I can help share that with others.
